Our artisan Ground Cherry Jam is made in very small batches in our Owasso Oklahoma kitchen.  This jam has very little added sugar and is made with only 3 (high quality) ingredients.  No pectin here!

Our ground cherries are hand-picked daily, right from our garden.  We spend hours husking these delicious little fruits, to create the perfect batch of jam every single time.  Our jams are shelf-stable for 12-18 months, although we recommend using them as soon as possible, for the best quality.  Once you have opened one of these yummy jars, be sure to refrigerate.  And always use a clean spoon each time, to prevent bacterial growth.  After opening, the jam is good in the refrigerator for up to 3 weeks.  (but we doubt you'll let it sit for that long!)

REWARDS PROGRAM:
We like to reward our customers for going the second mile (reduce, reuse, recycle) when they return our canning jars to us. For every 2 jars you return, you will receive a $1 credit toward a future order.
Of course, this only makes sense for local customers at this time.  But we do hope our out-of-state customers will reuse the jars themselves or pass them on to someone else in your area that can use them!

OUT-OF-STATE CUSTOMERS:
While we can't offer you credit for recycling the jars, you ARE the lucky ones for now because we don't have to charge sales tax for out-of-state orders at this time!  If you are wondering why our pricing looks odd, we priced our jars so that we could offer our jams at a flat rate of $6, $10 or $14 a jar.  This price has our local sales tax already factored in.  This helps us when we are selling locally, so that we don't have to make change.

SHIPPING:
For customers that we will be shipping to, we are currently charging a flat rate of $10 for each order.  I know that seems high but it's actually not even the full amount that we are paying to ship one jar.  Because these are glass jars and perishable, we have to package these very carefully to ensure your order arrives in great condition.  However, I wanted to be able to offer free shipping somehow.  We determined that we can cover the complete shipping fee for you, if you make a purchase of $40 or more.  (we are working on more products to add to our line so please keep checking back with us)  If you are local, we have several options for pick-up or local delivery.
